There may come a time when your team, or several departments within your company, begins to feel slightly less motivated or productive than usual. While this is totally normal, it's important to nip this pattern as fast as you can.  

Productivity in the Workplace

1. Avoid multi-tasking
2. Stay organized
3. Delegate tasks as necessary 
4. Take breaks
5. Plan happy hours/ lunches with coworkers
6. Get creative with your monotonous tasks
7. Expand your repertoire by trying new things
8. Be friendly and helpful
9. Have a low-key, go-to playlist when you need to plug in
10. Unplug for the day, every day

1. Have a clean, bright space for work
