Calling all X5 Cloud Contact Center Agents - we've got exciting news! Click2Call is now available to download as a Chrome Extension.

This is a click to call extension for Ytel’s X5 Cloud Contact Center agents. This extension will allow agents to click on any phone number displayed as text in the browser, and will launch a call to that number in X5. Upon clicking the number, the X5 Agent interface tab will be moved to the forefront and the call automatically initiated.

Once the plugin is installed, the Settings page will open and the customer will be prompted for their X5 credentials. 
The extension places a button on the browser toolbar for quick configuration, when clicked it opens the Settings page. When the extension is active and live, the icon will be blue. When inactive, the icon will appear gray. In order for the extension to be active, the agent must be logged into their X5 Agent interface simultaneously.
